Hey Kristjan,

 

I’ve taken a look at your ticket, and the trouble here is that multiple players have extremely detailed knowledge of the account’s information. We try to gather as much information as possible where recoveries are concerned. You may have provided us with the correct information about the account, but so did the other players. This is a problem.

 

As you may know, account sharing is against the Terms of Use of League of Legends, and can result in a permanent suspension. When two or more Summoners claim an account as their own, and each has extensive knowledge of the account (sign-up information, billing information, etc.), we don’t side with any player—we suspend that account.

 

We do this not because we don’t care about your account, but because every compromised account puts other accounts at risk. This account has been compromised many times. In this case, it appears that multiple players wrote to us with account details that only the original creator should know. After enough recovery attempts, a few possibilities were apparent. Either multiple players had regular access to the account as well as the original sign-up e-mail, or this account had been sold to another player. In both situations, our solution is to permanently suspend the account.

 

You run the risk of losing your account if you provide details to anyone. Nobody at Riot will ever ask for your password, so there’s no need to share it with anyone. We’re more than happy to work with you if you fall victim to a scam or a hack, but this does not appear to be that sort of situation.
