My son Robert has a account in runescape,username is "username" , but somebody hacked in his computer and got all the information about his account, it was in notepad file ,

could you make it able to recover only from his IP address or something? We would be very thankful, our ip address is "ipadre"

noo oleneb täiesti sellest recovemisega sellest et kui tihti varem su ip pealt seda recoveritud on..

Banni ei sa sest nad kirjutavad vastu et see pole teiste suhtes õiglane ja neile pole antud luba selle jaoks

Ise ka sinna saatnud kirja ja kirjtanud et keyloger oli sees et account võeti ära ja järelukult siis botidi aga kasu pole:D

 

Mul selline teema acciga et võeti kunagi käest mult, aga enam ei sa tagasi

kuigi kasutan samasi pw ja req jne mida koguaeg selle accil ja olen tagasi saanud

Saatsin samasuguse kirja, mis esimeses postis. Ainult muutsin nimed ära.

 

Jagex saatis kirja vastu, kus oli recoverimis õpetus. Nad said vist valesti aru vms?

I now have confirmation that the account in question has been cleaned, and as such only the original account creator can access the account.

 

We are not able to make it so the account is only recoverable by your IP because you did not create this account. We have conclusive evidence of this, which also highlights that the account was not actually created in your country of origin.

 

I must remind you that buying/selling/trading accounts is strongly against our rules, and to continue to do so may leave us with no option but to take decisive actions against all of your accounts. I strongly recommend that from now on you only play via accounts that you have created.

All our password recovery requests are dealt with by members of our player support staff. There is a large amount of information that we consider when establishing who is the account owner. IP is only one part of this. If we were to base our decision purely on IP your son’s account would be less secure. As IP addresses change frequently this could also lead to your son being locked out of his own account.
