Recently, I've been seeing people saying they cannot login, or the client isn't loading. This will be a very striaght forward guide so if you know anyone having these problems tell them to look here, thanks.

 

Within this, I will be saying locate your cache folder alot what I mean by that is to find this directory:

 

C:\SepticPK

(Main drive) + (Cache store)

 

Problem database:

"Game Updated - Please reload client" bug.

 

 

What is it:

Randomly occurs when you've downloaded the cache more than twice, or whenever.

 

Fix:

Just go to your cache folder located in your main drive or user folder and remove it.

 

 

"Client outdated" message upon log on.

 

What is it:

A message to show that your client is out-dated and your required to re-download it from here. Or simply use our webclient to stay updated whenever.

 

Fix:

Re-download your client as a new updated version will be made, or use our webclient as it automatically updates.

 

"Loading error" upon client start up.

 

What is it:

Just a error that occurs when the webclient is reloaded.

 

Fix:

Simply reload your browser, use a different browser or use our webclient.

 

Grand Tips to help prevent/stop these problems:

 

1) Close your browser and delete all your cookies/cache.

 

2) Try it again, if it still doesn't work, go to your folder(s) which contains 'spetic' and delete it: C:/spetic. + Repeat step 1

 

3) Try it again, still not? + Repeat step 1. Open your command prompt and type: ipconfig /flushdns and refresh your modem.

 

4) Now all the cache is deleted it should work.
