You are more than welcome to create a new account with which to continue your RuneScape adventure and start with a clean slate. However before doing so I would politely suggest you take some time to read our Rules, in order to ensure this type of situation does not occur again in the future.

You are of course free to continue to mail us requesting for the ban to be lifted, however I’m sorry to say that sending further emails with this request will not result in your account being unbanned as the decision made regarding your account is final.

Please be aware that we are currently looking at alternative ways in which to punish players who are found guilty of a macro offence. Should an alternative option become available this will be communicated to our players via our homepage.

I appreciate your frustration about the ban occurring and I am genuinely sorry. Nobody seems to win in these situations and I wish we had a better alternative.
