I personally get a small lamp atleast once per 2 days so I would say my chance to get a small lamp is about 25%. http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Small_lamp Let's say you would start at level 50 you would get 1,101 xp per lamp. 60 = 1,685 70 = 2,593 80 = 3,980 90 = 6,122 98 = 8,602 [ CALC ]: (1101+1685+2593+3980+6122+8602)/6 = 4,013.833333 (4.01k) 50-99 in a skill is an average of 4000 xp per lamp I guess. 13M xp / 4000 = 3250 lamps needed. 13000 spins needed to get these as it's a 25% chance atleast in my calcs. 16€ gives 75 spins 1 spin is €0.21 13000*€0.21 = 2730 € to get 50-99 summoning. I can imagine people making combat level 15 accounts with 99 summoning for around 2500€. You can actually easily sell these on Sythe for more or make it back staking within a day. It would nearly get intersting for me to spend 1000€ to get 95 summoning on my summoning tank and start staking - this would get profitable rather quickly.
