Then it is a problem with your PC. Maybe you are running to many programs on your PC that cs is not getting its required resources which is causing the fps fluctuation.

 

You should run as few programs as possible while playing games not just cs. You should pause Anti-Virus scans, close Internet Browsers, disable automatic updates of programs, pause any downloads, etc. The main point is that the less programs running the better.

 

You should also disable all the unnecessary background programs that is the programs that when running don't appear to be running and silently consume the resources of your PC.

Go to Start click on RUN and type msconfig and press Enter. On Wndows 7 directly type into the Start Menu search bar and then click on the same name that appears in the search.

In this Window look at the Services and Startup tabs. Be careful and only disable the unneeded ones, search their names in Google to find out that what they do.

Hi Again,

Try the default game settings. Copy these 3 files from the "cstrike" folder of your cs to your desktop:

autoexec.cfg

config.cfg

userconfig.cfg

Then delete these files from your cs. This will cause your cs to revert back to the default settings.

Then in game use the command:

fps_max 101

 

Is your fps now stable?

Yes it does, but your GPU is too old/slow to support the alt-tab option sorry.

I'm sorry, but my GPU is from 2008 and it can run Crysis on High settings. I highly doubt that it can't alt-tab a game from 1998. Counter-Strike Source and CS:GO work perfectly.

The nofbo option disables us using a window the size of your desktop and upsampling, given your report your GPU isn't able to upsample quickly enough. Running with "-nofbo" just resizes your desktop. You could also help the issue by lowering your desktop resolution if you wish.

pane taskmanagerist explorer.exe tööle ja vaata kas siis juhtub midagi .Kui ei juhtu siis võid arvuti minema visata .
