Fortumo raha väljavõtu küsimus.

Tere, mul on fortumos praegu veits raha mida tahaks välja võtta. Configeerisin selle ära. Eelmine kuu sain raha kätte. Kuid veel ei ole midagi saanud. Milles probleem ? Või läheb 2 kuud mööda ja alles siis raha käes ?

Ei tohiks olla ainult 100 € ga. Varem sain 82 euri ilusti kätte.

Dear Fortumo user,

 

We are informing you that we have updated our Terms of Service with regard to the minimum payout sum by Fortumo.

 

Due to the increased number of payouts and payouts processing costs we have realized that we are not always able to provide on-time payouts and process things effectively. In order to be able to provide things in a quality we stand for and keep things commercially reasonable, we needed to change the payout threshold. Good thing is it will affect only a few of you and the worst thing that can happen is that you will not get paid every month.

 

That said, please note that starting from 1 January 2013, the minimum payout sum by Fortumo will be 100 EUR.

 

By continuing to use Fortumo after 01.01.2013 you automatically accept the new Terms of Service, so you do not have to do anything else.

 

If you disagree with the change and wish to discontinue using Fortumo services under the new Terms of Service, you should notify us by email at support@fortumo.com and close all your active services by 31 December 2012. In this case all your remaining payouts will be performed according to old Terms of Service. If you have any active services in Fortumo on 1 January 2013, it is taken as acceptance of our new Terms of Service.
